Smile Hotel Nihombashi Mitsukoshimae - Tokyo

Hotel was functional and modern, we liked this place.

the location was marvellous and fantastic as it was near a main station. we were quite surprised at lots of bars and restaurants outside the hotel.

Every time we stay in Tokyo, like to stay here. The units are cheap, good-sized. The location is incredible and marvellous, specially close to Mitsukoshi department store where have very delicious food in Depachika.

The bathrooms are very dirty.

Compact rooms, had a very comfortable stay for one night on business trip. Good location in the center of the city, functional style building. Not far from Mitsukoshi department store where have very delicious food in Depachika, the popular subway line as well as to the airport NRT subway line and Tokyo train station.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the metro and many local eateries. I enjoyed the free coffee and clean linens daily. Plus, the lobby had free toiletries which was a nice touch!

Helpful staff guided us to great local restaurants.

The laundry room is located on an upper floor, making it inconvenient during busy times.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the subway and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The room was small, but it was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. It would have been better if there was a bit more space for my luggage. I appreciated the good breakfast options as well, although some labeling would have helped with the buffet.

Nice place with amenities like 24-hour reception, non-smoking rooms, and free Wi-Fi. The helpful staff guided me to great shops on my first stay, and I felt well taken care of throughout. Highly recommend it for a city trip!

Location shines with easy access to metro stations, not to mention a variety of restaurants right at your doorstep. Efficiently designed rooms, despite their small size, allow for practical use of space, an expected perk for a business hotel.

The tiny bathroom is raised significantly higher than the rest of the room, requiring an unstable stool for entry, which can be dicey when stepping out. Beds in standard rooms are cramped, better suited for solo travelers than couples, leading to less than ideal sleep quality. While rooms hit the cleanliness mark, they felt dated, with some furniture showing signs of wear and just an overall lack of cozy atmosphere over extended stays.

The hotel was wonderfully located near a subway station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. We also enjoyed the beautiful cherry trees in bloom nearby during our stay.

The location was fantastic. The staff were genuinely accommodating, helping us with finding luggage storage while we traveled to other cities. Plus, the short walk to nearby subway lines was super convenient!

My kids wished the bathroom had a bit more space, especially with all our luggage around.

The hotel combined charm with ease of access. I appreciated how the staff was attentive, ensuring I was comfortable without any fuss. The nearby shops were a good surprise!

Bathroom step can be tricky for seniors.

Tokyo's culinary scene stole my heart, especially at nearby Nihombashi Sarashina Maruya for killer soba and Udagawa's cozy vibe! Plus, the room was super clean and comfy-perfect for a solo traveler charging through the city.

Loved the fantastic location-only a short walk to the metro and tons of local restaurants! The only downside was the small bath, but I managed just fine 😊
